So it was just a couple weeks ago that little Lillian Noelle Sizemore was curled up in her prenatal home, kept warm by the anticipation and love that awaited her outside.  Steve and Kate had such a good response from their earlier pre-baby session that they called me and wanted me to come photograph one week old Lillian in their home.  How could I resist?

Before Lillian got her time in the spotlight, Steve and Kate wanted some updated family photographs taken with the new addition on their back deck.  I think they make a very sweet family.

Jonathan certainly knows how to welcome his little sister into the family.

After some time on the deck we moved into Lillian's room to photograph her in familiar but yet not so familiar settings.  I photographed Lillian in her crib, or what will be her crib, but Lillian has yet to sleep in it because she still sleeps in Mom and Dad's room.  She looks like she's ready to move in.

Lillian was clearly in a mood to be held.  Daddy Steve did much of the holding as Lillian tended to be clued into feeding when Mommy holds her.

But Mom couldn't resist holding her for a few photographs

She was such a little darling during the whole time I was there.

Congratulations to Steve and Kate.  Jonathan be good to your little sister.  Lillian Noelle welcome to life.
